On Sunday afternoon, December 2, 2007, at the Township Auditorium, 4200 Telegraph, there was a Local History/Local Resources Program, co-sponsored by the Bloomfield Township Public Library, on the Barton Farmhouse.

A special guest was Ron Campbell AIA, Principal Planner in Oakland County’s Planning and Economic Development Services office. Ron is, among other things, a registered preservation architect who was responsible for the restoration of the Lapeer County Courthouse.
